Since 2008, our Kazani Group companies, which have been producing in the automotive sector , have a total production area of 5000 m2, a dynamic and experienced team of more than 150 people, 35 injection moulding machines ranging from 60 tonnes to 1100 tonnes and ,0-15 tonnes weight range ,mould making capacity of 60 moulds per year, manufacturing interior and exterior trim parts, lenses, safety parts and chrome plated products in the field of plastic injection and serving the automotive (90%), aerospace and defence sectors.
We are always increasing our capacity by continuously investing in machinery and systems according to customer requests and project forecasts, so we are constantly providing close to 40% spare capacity for our new customers and new projects.
Our quality management systems are carried out in accordance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards.
We produce and serve in 4 different locations.
1. Sakarya, 1. OSB: KAZANİ OTOMOTİV, Plastic Injection Molding Workshop, 3.000 m2, injection molding machines from 120 tons to 1100 tons, 45 people, 3 shifts and 6 days .
2. Sakarya, 1. OSB: KEREM MOLD, Plastic Injection Mold Production Workshop, 500 m2, 25 people, 3 shifts and 6 days.
3. KOCAELİ, Gebze: MAHİR PLASTİK, Plastic Injection Molding Workshop, 1500 m2, injection machines from 60 tons to 500 tons, 85 people, 3 shifts and 6 days.
4. KOCAELİ, Gebze: MAHİR PLASTİK, Raw material and semi-finished product warehouse, 400 m2, 6 people, 3 shifts and 6 days.
Our factory manufactures various types of automotive products. However, lightguide production is specially separated and carried out in a clean and dust-free environment close to 100% in fully automated systems. We have working experience in all technical plastics. For this reason, projects are managed successfully and in accordance with the deadline, and the quality levels required by the customer are always achieved. Starting with the quotation, through the analysis of the part design, to the transfer of the mould to the series, we create a complete project plan and manage it with a PMP-approved system.
